We provide framework documentation for IT governance and value management, professional services including consulting and implementation support, training programs and certification services, and community platforms for VGF practitioners to collaborate and share insights.

You may use VGF documentation for learning and organisational implementation, participate in community discussions and working groups, and share insights with the community. However, you must not use our services for unlawful purposes, reproduce or redistribute framework materials without authorisation, remove copyright notices or trademarks, distribute malware or harmful content, or harass community members.

3. Intellectual Property

The Value Governance Framework, including all documentation, methodologies, models, and materials, is the intellectual property of Value Governance Research Limited. All rights reserved.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use VGF materials for your internal business purposes. Commercial redistribution or derivative works require our written permission.

"Value Governance Framework," "VGF," and our logo are trademarks of Value Governance Research Limited. Use requires our written permission.

When you contribute content to our community forums, working groups, or case studies, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use and incorporate your contributions into VGF development and promotion.

4. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with GDPR and UK GDPR. This includes account information such as name, email, company and role, professional details like industry and experience level, website usage and analytics data, and communication preferences.

We use your data to provide and improve our services, send framework updates and relevant communications, process certifications and training registrations, and analyze website usage patterns.

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Account data may be retained for up to 7 years for legal and regulatory purposes.

5. Cookie Policy

6. Certification Program

VGF certification requires completion of approved training programs, passing the certification examination, adherence to professional code of conduct, and maintaining Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits for renewal.

Certifications are valid for three years from the date of issue. Renewal requires proof of CPE credits and payment of renewal fees. We reserve the right to revoke certifications for violations of these Terms, professional misconduct, or fraudulent activity.

7. Disclaimers

The Value Governance Framework is provided for informational and educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we make no warranties regarding completeness or accuracy. Implementation results may vary by organization, VGF does not guarantee specific business outcomes, and professional judgment is required for implementation decisions.

Our consulting and advisory services are based on professional expertise and industry best practices. However, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes. Success depends on organizational factors beyond our control, recommendations are advisory not directives, and implementation decisions remain your responsibility.

Our website may link to third-party resources. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party content, accuracy, or privacy practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Termination

You may stop using our services at any time. To close your account, contact support@valuegovernance.com

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, if required by law or legal process, or if we discontinue services with reasonable notice.

Upon termination, your right to use our services immediately ceases. We may delete your account and content. Provisions regarding intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms. If you do not agree to changes, you must discontinue use.

10. Governing Law
