Value Stream Architecture

Starting with three-tier Goal Architecture that defines criticality scores (Ci), the stream processes six Input Assets and two Supporting Assets through dual transformation layers—Enabler Process (Design-Build-Deploy) and Assurance Process (Control-Improve)—to generate three Output Assets: Services, Products, and Control mechanisms.
